The Remote Peering Service consists of a Service Port, a VLAN and a subscription to the Remote Peering Service on the chosen LAN.
This Service is to be added to the Local Peering Service on the same Port, subject to the physical capacity of the Port.
The Customer can subscribe to several Remote Peering Services on the same physical Port. There are as many configured remote VLANs as there are cities to which the Customer wants to connect.
This offer supersedes previous one called "PASS" ;
The service is physically and logically redundant ;
This service is available by increments of 1G up to 10G, then by increments of 10G limited to 40G (10G in Toulouse), and upon study for over 40 G ;
The service is monitored 24h/7d by France-IX NOC ;
No GRT for peering services but "Best efforts" instead.
Peer with our members via our resellers
If you are located in a data center/carrier PoP (in France, in a different country) not connected to France-IX peering platforms, you may peer remotely via our resellers.
This way you can benefit from France-IX peering without investing time and money into deploying your own infrastructure in the data centers where France-IX has deployed its network.
